1. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our primary warehouse in China.

2. Shipping Fees

  • United States: Free standard shipping
  • Canada: Free standard shipping

No hidden costs or handling fees.

3. Processing Time

Processing time is the time required to prepare your order before shipment.

  • United States: 5–10 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Canada: 5–10 business days (Mon–Fri)

(Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.)

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time begins once the order has left our warehouse.

  • United States: 3–15 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Canada: 5–20 business days (Mon–Fri)

Actual delivery times may vary based on customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, or remote delivery locations.

5. Delivery Methods

We use reliable, trackable shipping partners. A tracking number will be provided when available.

Standard carriers may include (but are not limited to):

  • USPS
  • Canada Post
  • UPS
  • YunExpress

The exact carrier depends on your destination and warehouse availability.

6. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email
  • Your order number and receipt

If you do not see the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@MUYIlamps.com.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 10 business days after placing your order, please contact us at support@MUYIlamps.com.

8. Address Changes

  • Address changes are allowed within 24 hours after placing your order.
  • Once the package has shipped or is in transit, the shipping address cannot be changed.

9. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled any time before shipment.
  • If the order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Once delivered, you may still request a return according to our Return and Refund Policy.

10. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

  • Refuse the delivery and ask the courier to return the package.

If the package has already been delivered:

  • Take clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the product.
  • Contact us as soon as possible at support@MUYIlamps.com.

We will assist you with a replacement, repair solution, or refund according to the actual situation.

11. Customs, VAT, and Import Taxes

Import duties, value-added tax (VAT), and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

  • Buyers are responsible for any applicable import taxes or customs charges.
  • Different countries and regions have different thresholds and tax standards for imported goods.
  • We will assist with providing necessary documents if customs requires additional information.

In most standard orders, customs duties may not be charged, but this depends on the regulations of your destination country or region.

12. Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.

  • Estimated expedited delivery time: 3–5 business days after shipment
  • Fees vary depending on destination and package weight
