At MUYIlamps, we stand behind the quality of our lighting fixtures and provide a clear warranty to ensure customer satisfaction. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is excluded, and how to make a warranty claim.

1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 Lighting Fixtures — 2-Year Limited Warranty

All MUYIlamps lighting fixtures come with a 2-year limited warranty, guaranteeing they are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

  • The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only.
  • The warranty is non-transferable.
  • Coverage begins from the date of delivery.

1.2 LED Bulbs (Gift Items, Not Covered)

LED bulbs included with our fixtures are provided free of charge as a complimentary gift. Because they are not sold as part of the main product, they are not covered under this warranty.

2. What This Warranty Covers

Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:

  • Faulty wiring or wiring errors
  • Switch malfunction or failure
  • Loose, broken, or damaged structural parts
  • Internal component failure
  • Premature corrosion
  • Paint or surface finish defects
  • Defects in lamp body materials or craftsmanship

If a covered defect is confirmed, MUYIlamps will, at its discretion:

  • Provide replacement parts, or
  • Provide a replacement product, or
  • Provide a repair solution, or
  • Offer a partial or full refund, depending on the case.

3. Warranty Exclusions (Not Covered)

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or external factors, including but not limited to:

3.1 Improper Installation

  • Installation by unlicensed or non-professional electricians
  • Incorrect wiring performed by the customer
  • Use of incompatible bulbs, dimmers, or accessories

3.2 Environmental or Electrical Damage

  • Power surges, voltage spikes, or unstable power supply
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, moisture, snow, or rain (for fixtures not rated for outdoor use)

3.3 User-Caused Damage

  • Dropping, impact, or physical breakage
  • Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage from improper handling
  • Damage during self-installation due to incorrect operation

3.4 Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs

  • Repairs or alterations performed by unauthorized technicians
  • Modification of components, wiring, or product structure

3.5 Normal Wear and Tear

  • Natural aging of materials
  • Slight discoloration over time under normal use
  • Minor cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality

3.6 Non-MUYIlamps Products and Gift Items

  • Gift items such as complimentary LED bulbs
  • Any accessories not originally included with the product

4. Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with the following information:

  • Order number and purchase date
  • Your full name and contact information
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or issue
  • A brief description of the problem and how it occurred

Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and may request additional information if needed. Once the claim is approved, we will provide the appropriate warranty solution (repair, replacement, or refund).

5. Warranty Resolution Options

Depending on the nature of the defect, MUYIlamps may offer one or more of the following:

  • Replacement components (e.g., canopy, arms, screws, decorative parts)
  • Full replacement of the lighting fixture
  • Guidance for professional repair or adjustment
  • Partial refund (in cases of minor defects that do not affect core functionality)
  • Full refund (in severe defect cases where repair or replacement is not feasible)

6. Limitations of Liability

  • This warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product and does not cover any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • MUYIlamps is not responsible for any costs related to removal, reinstallation, or third-party labor unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • This warranty represents the exclusive remedy available to the customer for product defects.

7. Consumer Protection Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or region.
